    I just placed an order, when will it ship?

    All of our flaming cups are made to order on the following Wednesdays from 2-4PM PST and are picked up on Saturdays or Sundays. At this time, we don't currently carry any inventory of our products. Because of this, it can take 2-3 weeks before your work of art flaming cup is created.  Don’t worry though, you’ll be notified when your flaming cup is in production with an ETA of it being completed and shipped. 

    Do you ship internationally?

    Not at this time, we tried doing this before, but it ended up taking a little over a month for our product to make it to the UK and Canada.

    Do the flaming cups break during shipment?

    Our flaming cups are tough, but they are made of glass. We try our best to pack them with eco-friendly packaging materials, but accidents happen. If a flaming cup comes to you broken, please let us know and we’ll send out another flaming cup to replace it, but just remember that it takes production time of 2-3 weeks before we may be able to send it out to you.

    What’s a frit?

    In glassblowing, frits are essentially the name for broken up pieces of glass rods that when melted can either be used to color glass or create different designs. Frits come in different sizes, larger frits create blotch-like designs of color, whereas finer/smaller frits or even powdered frits, create a more uniform color throughout the glass when it’s melted and bonded.

    Why aren’t the heart-lipped cups fully symmetrical?

    As we’ve been experimenting with different designs, we found that symmetrical heart-shaped lips actually tend not to create a heart-mark. For some, it can, but for most, it doesn’t. Therefore, the slightly off symmetrical shape and sharp lipped cups are almost guaranteed to create a heart-shaped cupping mark as long as the patient usually creates a dark cupping mark.

    I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

     

    We're sorry that you aren't happy with your order, but all sales are currently final unless the product comes broken or is defective, meaning that it doesn't create a proper seal when using it in the clinic. If this happens, let us know and we'll send another cup to you at no extra cost. 

     

    Can I cancel my order?

    We are unable to offer modifications, store credit, refunds or cancellations on any orders before they have been delivered to you except for some very specific situations. If you would like to see if you qualify for a refund before your order is shipped, please reach out to our email within 8 hours of the order being placed and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

     

    I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

    If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 8 hours. No refund will be given after the 8 hours of incorrect submission.
